Diego Muniz is the controller of personal data processed directly through diegomuniz.com.br. This policy covers the public blog, technical articles and restricted CMS area.

2. Data we may process
The website may process technical request data, language and cookie preferences, optional audience measurements, restricted administrative session data, and information that you voluntarily submit through an available form or direct contact.

- We do not request sensitive personal data through the public blog.
3. Purposes and legal bases

Optional Google Analytics processing relies on your prior consent. Refusing analytics does not prevent access to articles.

Data is kept only for the period needed for its purpose, legal obligations, dispute prevention and security. Administrative sessions expire after eight hours; cookie durations are detailed in the data and cookie policy.
Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used, including restricted administrative access and secure session cookies. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion where applicable, portability, information about sharing, review of decisions, opposition and revocation of consent.
